   For the purposes of this Decision, the following definitions shall apply:

   ‘group’ means a group of undertakings which consists of a parent undertaking and its subsidiaries, or undertakings linked to each other by a relationship within the meaning of Article 22 of Directive 2013/34/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council (^{2}), including any sub-group thereof;
