Subprocessor List

BARK uses selected third-party service providers to support the delivery of its services. Where such providers process Personal Data on behalf of BARK in connection with Customer Content, they may act as Subprocessors.
This page identifies the principal Subprocessors relevant to BARK's services.
This list should be read together with BARK's Data Processing Agreement and other applicable contractual documentation.

| Google Cloud EMEA Limited | Cloud infrastructure, authentication, data storage and AI infrastructure supporting the BARK service, transactional email to users, and the spreadsheet that receives responses from the website's forms. | Customer Personal Data in the BARK service, including remote support access, logs and backups, is processed and stored in Google Cloud regions within the EU/EEA. Email to users, including account activation, is sent from noreply@barktechnologies.se through Google Workspace. Responses submitted through the website's forms are written to a spreadsheet in the same Workspace. |
For BARK Reporting and other services delivered under a customer agreement, Subprocessors and processing locations are set out in a customer-specific list provided under that agreement.
Changes to Subprocessors
BARK may update this list as its services and service providers evolve. Where required under an applicable Data Processing Agreement or other agreement with a Customer, BARK will provide notice of relevant changes to its Subprocessors in accordance with that agreement.
