(3)Article 29 of the Seventh Council Directive 83/349/EEC of 13 June 1983 on consolidated accounts(5) requires assets and liabilities to be included in consolidated accounts to be valued in accordance with Articles 31 to 42 and Article 60 of Directive 78/660/EEC.
