(2)The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Slovenia has requested the inclusion of SID-Slovenska izvozna in razvojna banka, d.d. Ljubljana (hereinafter referred to as ‘SID Bank’) in the list of institutions excluded from the scope of application of Directive 2006/48/EC laid down in Article 2 of that Directive.
