THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,
Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,
Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 104/2000 of 17 December 1999 on the common organisation of the markets in fishery and aquaculture products 1, and in particular Articles 4(4), 5(4), 6(7), 7(10), 9(5), 10(4), 12(5), 13(7), 17(5), 21(8), 23(5), 24(8), 25(6), 26(3), 27(6), 29(5), 34(2) and 35(3) thereof,
Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 2799/98 of 15 December 1998 establishing agrimonetary arrangements for the euro 2, and in particular Article 3(2) thereof,
Whereas:
