(27)The threshold of EUR 50 000 laid down in Article 45(1) of Directive 2006/43/EC was aligned on points (c) and (d) of Article 3(2) of Directive 2003/71/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council 9 . The thresholds set out in Directive 2003/71/EC have been increased to EUR 100 000 by Article 1(3) of Directive 2010/73/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council 10 . For that reason, corresponding adjustments should be made to the threshold set out in Article 45(1) of Directive 2006/43/EC.
