(38)The measures set out in this Regulation should replace those of Regulations (EC) No 48/2004 12 , (EC) No 638/2004 13 , (EC) No 808/2004 14 , (EC) No 716/2007 15 , (EC) No 177/2008, (EC) No 295/2008 16 and (EC) No 471/2009 17 of the European Parliament and of the Council, Decision No 1608/2003/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council 18 and Council Regulations (EEC) No 3924/91 19 and (EC) No 1165/98 20 . Those acts should therefore be repealed.
