(1)In accordance with Article 12(1) of Regulation (EU) No 1163/2014 of the European Central Bank (ECB/2014/41) 2 , a fee notice is to be issued annually by the European Central Bank (ECB) to each fee debtor within 6 months after the start of the following fee period.
