(56)This Regulation is without prejudice to Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council ¹³ . At the same time, in respect of entities authorised under Directive 2014/65/EU, the mechanisms for the reporting of infringements of Regulation (EU) No 600/2014 or Directive 2014/65/EU as established under that Directive should be used. In respect of entities authorised under Regulation (EU) No 909/2014, the mechanisms for the reporting of infringements of that Regulation as established under that Regulation should be used.
