This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
However, the following points of Article 1 shall apply from 17 January 2026:

point 3, with regard to Article 7(3), points (a) and (b), of Regulation (EU) No 909/2014;

point 13, point (a);
((c))
point 22, with regard to Article 47a(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) No 909/2014;
((d))
point 25, point (e);
((e))
point 27, point (a).
Additionally, Article 1, point 33, points (a) and (b), shall apply from 1 May 2024.
