1. Member States shall apply the reference measurement methods specified in Points A and C of Annex VI. However, other measurement methods may be used subject to the conditions set out in Points B, C and D of Annex VI.
2. Member States shall apply air quality modelling applications subject to the conditions set out in Point E of Annex VI.
3. Air quality assessment data shall meet the data quality objectives laid down in Annex V.
