(3)Decision (EU) 2022/1981 (ECB/2022/33) applies to the ESCB services that are specified in the exhaustive lists set out in Annex I and Annex II to that Decision. In particular, Annex I specifies the ESCB services that all competent authorities are required to use in carrying out their tasks within the SSM, while Annex II specifies the ESCB services that competent authorities may, on a voluntary basis, decide to use in carrying out their tasks within the SSM.
