(2)Decision (EU) 2025/222 (ECB/2025/2) provides that from 16 June 2025 NB-PSPs may request access to TARGET. This date should therefore be deferred until 6 October 2025, which is the date from which the amendments to the TARGET Guideline will, for technical reasons, apply.
