By 29 May 2031, the Commission shall submit to the European Parliament and to the Council a report on the application of this Directive. That report shall include, in particular, an assessment of the application of Article 5a of Directive (EU) 2015/2302, inserted by Article 1, point (6), of this Directive, and shall take into account the impact on micro, small and medium-sized organisers.
The report shall be accompanied, where necessary, by legislative proposals.
