1.The statistics on slaughtering in slaughterhouses shall be produced monthly by each Member State. The reference period shall be the calendar month.
2.The statistics on slaughtering carried out other than in slaughterhouses shall be produced annually by each Member State. The reference period shall be the calendar year.
