1.Member States conducting sample surveys shall take all necessary steps to ensure that the extrapolated national survey results meet the precision requirements set out in Annex III.
2.A Member State which decides to use an administrative source shall inform the Commission in advance and shall provide details concerning the method to be used and the quality of the data from that administrative source.
3.A Member State which decides to use sources other than surveys shall ensure that information obtained from such sources is of at least equal quality to information obtained from statistical surveys.
