(2)By Commission Regulation (EC) No 690/2008 of 4 July 2008 recognising protected zones exposed to particular plant health risks in the Community ² certain parts of the Veneto region in Italy were recognised as a protected zone with respect to the harmful organism Erwinia amylovora (Burr.) Winsl. et al . until 31 March 2010.
