(10)To ensure that a CCP implements the appropriate procedures to comply with this Regulation, Regulation (EU) No 648/2012 and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1249/2012 ³ , the role and responsibilities of a compliance function of a CCP should be specified.
