(13)An increase of the aggregate nominal amount of an offering programme provides information on issuers' necessity for financing or an increase in demands for the issuers' securities. Therefore, where there is an increase in the aggregate nominal amount of an offering programme included in the prospectus, a supplement to the prospectus should be published.
