(11)Until it is has adopted its first investment strategy, the Board should be allowed to give effect to Article 75(3) of Regulation (EU) No 806/2014 by virtue of deposits with central banks. Similarly, it should be allowed to use estimates to determine the percentage limits on geographical concentration as laid down in this Regulation before the actual data to compute them becomes available.
