(47)In accordance with the procedure set out in the fifth, sixth and seventh sub-paragraphs of Article 10(1) of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010, in the fifth, sixth and seventh sub-paragraphs of Article 10(1) of Regulation (EU) No 1095/2010 and in the fifth, sixth and seventh sub-paragraphs of Article 10(1) of Regulation (EU) No 1094/2010, this Regulation incorporates amendments to the draft regulatory technical standards, resubmitted in the form of a formal opinion to the Commission by the European Banking Authority, the European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority and the European Securities and Markets Authority, on the basis of the Commission's proposed amendments,
