(33)Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2017/2441 5 on the equivalence of the legal and supervisory framework applicable to stock exchanges in Switzerland in accordance with Directive 2014/65/EU expires on 31 December 2018. It is therefore necessary that this Decision enters into force as a matter of urgency and that it applies from 1 January 2019.
