THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,
Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,
Having regard to Regulation (EU) 2015/751 of 29 April 2015 of the European Parliament and of the Council on interchange fees for card-based payment transactions 1 and in particular Article 7(6) thereof,
