Article 38

Entry into force

1.This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in theOfficial Journal of the European Union.

2.This Regulation shall apply from 14 September 2019.

3.However, paragraphs 3 and 5 of Article 30 shall apply from 14 March 2019.
