(19)In order to give ESMA enough time to review the systemic importance of UK CCPs, Union CCPs enough time to develop further their capacity to clear relevant trades and Union clearing members enough time to reduce their exposure to United Kingdom market infrastructures, it is appropriate that this Decision expires 18 months after its date of application.
