(8)Both prospective and existing clients should benefit from FRANDT commercial terms. Whereas the new conditions will benefit prospective clients from the date of application of this Regulation, clearing service providers and existing clients should be given sufficient time to review and, where appropriate, adapt commercial terms agreed before the entry into force of this Regulation.
