(16)The Commission therefore considers that the legal and supervisory arrangements of Israel applicable to CCPs meet the conditions laid down in Article 25(6) of Regulation (EU) No 648/2012. Consequently, those legal and supervisory arrangements should be considered equivalent to the requirements laid down in Regulation (EU) No 648/2012.
