(6)Some of the conditions for preferential treatment of exposures in the form of covered bonds laid down in Article 129 of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 have been amended by Regulation (EU) 2019/2160 of the European Parliament and of the Council 5 . References to that Article in Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/61 should therefore be amended accordingly.
