(11)For reasons of clarity, transparency and legal certainty, the formats of all insider lists referred to in Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 should be consolidated in one single legal act. Therefore, this Regulation should contain both the format for the insider lists referred to in Article 18(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and the insider lists referred to in Article 18(6) of that Regulation. As a result, Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/347 4 should be repealed.
