(1)Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1247/2012 2 has been substantially amended. Since further amendments would be needed in order to improve the clarity and coherence of the legal framework, including reporting requirements in other jurisdictions, Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1247/2012 should be repealed and replaced by this Regulation.
