(4)Cooperation and information exchange requirements regarding notifications of the exercise of the right of establishment and freedom to provide services are set out in Articles 34 and 35 of Directive 2014/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council 2 , and requirements for cooperation between competent authorities responsible for supervision of markets and instruments in supervisory activities, for on-site verifications or investigations are set out in Article 80 of Directive 2014/65/EU and are further specified in Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/586 3 . This Regulation does not therefore specify any requirements for exchange of information in those areas.
