(1)The Polish language version of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/35 2 contains an error in Article 82(1), point (b), as regards the eligible amount of Tier 3 items, as well as errors in Article 134(4), Article 209(3) and Article 218(2), point (b), as regards the applicable periods of 12 months. The errors affect the substance of those provisions.
