1. Driving examiners shall meet the minimum standards set out in Annex IV. Driving examiners already working in that capacity before 19 January 2013 shall be subject only to the requirements concerning quality assurance and regular periodic training measures laid down in that Annex.
2. The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts, in accordance with Article 25, to amend Annex IV where necessary in order to take account of technical, operational or scientific developments.
