(2)Pursuant to Article 9(1), second subparagraph, of Regulation (EU) No 1024/2013, for the purpose of carrying out the tasks conferred on it by Article 4 of that Regulation the ECB has all the powers and obligations set out in Regulation (EU) No 1024/2013 and all the powers and obligations which competent authorities have under the relevant Union law.
