ANNEX III
Annex III to Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/2178 is amended as follows:
(1) | in Section 1.2, the first paragraph is replaced by the following: ‘The denominator shall consist of the value of all Asset under Management (AuM) covered under Article 7(6) of this Regulation resulting from both collective and individual portfolio management activities of asset managers.’; |
(2) | in Section 2, letter (e) is deleted; |
(3) | in Section 2, letter (f) is replaced by the following: disclose the proportion in total investments of covered investments in exposures referred to in Article 7(6) of this Regulation.’. |
