(3)Directive (EU) 2023/2864 also inserted Article 23a into Directive 2004/109/EC to specify that the collection body as defined in Article 2, point (2), of Regulation (EU) 2023/2859 is the OAM designated under Article 21(2) of Directive 2004/109/EC.
