(3)In view of the NCA sub-coordinators' important role in coordinating the JST members from their NCA, it is necessary and proportionate to introduce a uniform process for the provision of performance feedback on NCA sub-coordinators in JSTs. By assisting with the continuous improvement of the NCA sub-coordinators' performance, this performance feedback might help to ensure the proper functioning of JSTs.
