(4)The NCAs are solely responsible for the appraisal of their staff, and the ECB is solely responsible for the appraisal of its staff. Nevertheless, NCAs may use the performance feedback provided in accordance with this Decision in the management of their staff members, and it may serve as input in the internal appraisal systems of the NCAs, if allowed under the relevant national law.
