(6)Experience gained during the trial period indicated that a performance feedback mechanism for NCA sub-coordinators may be useful to ensure the effective functioning of the JSTs. However further assessment is required. The performance feedback mechanism should therefore be continued for a further trial period of one year. A subsequent review should be carried out to assess if it would be useful for the performance feedback mechanism to continue on a more permanent basis.
