(29)It can therefore further be concluded that the legal and supervisory framework governing NSEs and ATSs registered with the SEC complies with the four abovementioned conditions for legal and supervisory arrangements and hence should be considered to provide for an equivalent system to the requirements for trading venues laid down in Directive 2014/65/EU, Regulation (EU) No 600/2014 Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and Directive 2004/109/EC.
