(9)In view of the fact that the Union has approved the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) Decision of the Council on the Control of Transboundary Movements of Wastes Destined for Recovery Operations ⁹ (‘the OECD Decision’), it is necessary to incorporate the content of that Decision, including its amendments, in Union legislation.
