(10)Flavouring substances which did not receive a favourable assessment on their safety have been listed in Part A of Annex III to Regulation (EC) No 1334/2008 concerning substances which shall not be added as such to food or have been deleted from the register by Commission Decisions 2005/389/EC 10 , 2006/252/EC 11 and 2008/478/EC 12 .
