(25)Regulation (EC) No 1334/2008 provides that the Union list of flavourings and source materials shall be established by introducing the list of flavouring substances referred to in Article 2(2) of Regulation (EC) No 2232/96 into Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 1334/2008 at the time of its adoption. The list of flavouring substances referred to in Article 2(2) of Regulation (EC) No 2232/96 should be introduced into Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 1334/2008 accordingly.
