In case of a “regulated financial service” provided by a financial entity authorized / licensed / registered as financial entity to deliver that service, shall it be considered an ICT service in the meaning of DORA?
Background on the question
The question comes from the observation that, in a previous version of the DORA DRY RUN FAQ (at point 74) the above providers were excluded from the definition of ICT providers in the meaning of Dora Article 3(21), while in the last version of the DORA DRY RUN FAQ this exclusion is not present anymore and reference is made to a FAQ currently being defined.
