Background on the question
As indicated in Annex II, what we should report in r0960 of C_17.01 is Sum of the five highest gross losses for each type of loss event across all business lines. Consequently, it does not justify a systematic totalisation by business line of the sum of the five highest losses.
Answer
This question has been rejected because the matter it refers to has already been identified and will be considered for a forthcoming versions of the Reporting framework and releases of the respective validation rules.
