C16.04 is a detailed reporting for entities related to Article 314(3). It must be completed only if the institution reports a separate ILDC for one or more entities. Thus, the cell (row 0050 and column 0010) of C16.01 must be filled to trigger the control.
Answer
This question has been rejected because EBA guidance or clarification is not needed. There is already a precondition in place for this rule: in case template C 16.04 is not submitted or values are left empty, the rule is not triggered.
