The EBA Validation Rule v23338_m applicable to C07.00 COREP template states that the line 210 concerning the RW of 70% must be empty. According to the Article 232 (3) (c) of Regulation No 575/2013 the RW of 70% is applicable to the secured part of exposures covered by a life insurance guarantee when the respective unsecured part is assigned a risk weight of 100%. Given this, should this control should be applicable?
